Good Morning Prayer Featured

Heavenly Father, I praise you for you have given me life. Every morning I see your goodness around me and it fills me with great joy.

I remember that you are the one who sustains my life and keeps me safe. Your love fills my heart each day and I know I am your beloved child. You have given my life meaning because you have a purpose for me.

Help me fulfill your purpose for my life and touch the lives of others the way you ordained it. Fill my mind with your wisdom and light my path as I take a step every day. I want to touch the lives of others like you have touched mine so they can experience your love and care.

Help me leave behind the worry and fear and to trust that you will meet all my needs each day. You say that you will do so according to the riches of your glory in Christ Jesus.

My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

Worry will not add a day to my life and instead of worrying I leave you with my concerns this morning.

Free my mind so I can face each day sober-minded and alert. May you be amid every interaction I have with people today and give me encouraging words to speak to those I meet. Help me be a blessing to others and pray for each one. We all need prayers and I will pray for others.

Give me the grace to treat others with kindness and compassion and to be alert to their needs. I will remind myself that you are with me wherever I go and I do not need to fear the unknown.

Behold, I am with you, and will keep you, wherever you go, and will bring you again into this land. For I will not leave you until I have done that which I have spoken of to you.” Genesis 28:15

Direct my steps as I go about my business and keep me from paths of destruction.

Send angelic help to guard me in all my ways because I might not see any danger coming my way.

Thank you for the gift of life and may my life bring you glory.

I will appreciate every aspect of my life and rejoice over the great things you have done in it.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
