Homemade Caramel Iced Coffee (Yummy)

If you are a coffee addict, and you are constantly looking for good coffee drinks you have to make this recipe at home.

This iced caramel coffee is incredible. Creamy, full of flavor, sweetened to perfection and something that you will make over and over again.

For this recipe you truly don’t need a lot of ingredients. You need only espresso, milk, ice cubes and caramel cream.

About the caramel, you can buy a good caramel sauce or you can do your own.

Her’s how you can make your own.

The recipe for the caramel sauce is really simple recipe and only requires 3 ingredients.

You only have to melt ½ cup butter in a saucepan.

Add 1 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup heavy cream and whisk constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Bring to a boil and allow to boil for about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool and store in refrigerator for your iced caramel coffee.

Yummy Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe:

1/8 cup caramel cream

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup ice cubes

1-2 shoots cold espresso

1 tablespoon caramel cream, to drizzle (optional)


Add a 1/8 cup caramel cream in the bottom of a cup or glass.  

Pour the milk into the prepared glass.

Add ice to the glass until the milk level is about half an inch below the rim (about  ½ cup ice).

Pour espresso over the ice and milk.


This will prevent the espresso and milk from mixing, providing a nice separation effect of liquids.

Drizzle more caramel syrup, if desired.

If you want more rock and roll, you can top your iced caramel coffee with whipped cream, ice cream (vanilla is a good option) or cinnamon.

There’s no need to buy expensive drinks at the local coffee shop when you can make this delicious iced caramel coffee at home.
