Words Or Encouragement
I know how much you labor at the job God has given to you.
Yes, never forget that it is the Lord Who gave you that assignment, and only He can preserve it and promote you.
Remember the charge in Colossians 3:23 to serve with all your heart as unto the Lord and not unto man.

And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23
Sometimes we forget who we’re really working for.
When we place the Lord’s desires ahead of our own, we become good and faithful servants of His, and only then do we make real impact on our society.
Proverbs 12:11 is a reminder that the Lord blesses those who are committed to their work, while Proverbs 16:3 reminds us to commit our work to the Lord so that our plans can be actualized.
Also bear in mind and agree with Paul’s declaration in Philippians 4:13 that you can do all things through the strength Christ gives you.

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
Whenever things look difficult, accept the challenge with a smile knowing that God is working everything out for your own good, in accordance with God’s promise in Romans 8:28.

We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
Shalom.
Prayer For Keeping A Job
Dear God,
I thank You because You are the initiator and institutor of work. The work You did in the beginning as stated Genesis 1.
Also, before You created us, You created a workplace for us – the beautiful Garden of Eden.
I thank You Lord for the works of Your son/daughter’s hands. I worship You for the strength and enablement that You have given them to do everything that You have called them to do.
Lord, I ask that they never lose sight of their primary calling to pursue Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, as You stated in Matthew 6:33, laying up treasures that can never be destroyed, rather than seeking the approval of men.
But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
Father, give them the wisdom to treat co-workers and clients with love, pointing them to the hope that never dies.
Let their speech be seasoned and full of grace, giving the appropriate response to every person and in every situation.
In times of difficulty, remind them that You are with them. Give them sound wisdom to handle every issue and tackle every matter, even as You gave to Your servants Joseph, David, Solomon and Daniel of old.
Like, David boldly declares in Psalm 56:3, help them to trust You when work-related worries and burdens fill their heart.

When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. Psalm 56:3
Establish them like Mount Zion that cannot be moved, according to Psalm 125:1

Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which can’t be moved, but remains forever. Psalm 125:1
Help your child to realize how much You care for them, as You described in Luke 12:6-7.
“Aren’t five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all counted. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:6-7
Let their courage and strength be founded upon Your promise in Joshua 1:9 to be with them no matter where they go.

Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God[a] is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
Thank You for Your promise of peace in John 14:27, through Your Holy Spirit that resides in them.
Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27
Help them to take refuge in the shelter of Your Love. Be their helper whenever challenges arise.
I ask these things in Jesus’ Name.
Amen.
