Prayer for Someone in School

Prayer for Someone in School

Lord, I am in school today because you have provided me with everything I need for my education.

I offer you thanksgiving (Psalm 50:14) for the school fees, books, transport, clothing, and other resources you have provided by your grace.

Help me understand complex concepts and simplify them so I can remember them with ease.

I purpose to pay attention when the teacher is teaching so nothing will pass me by and I will study with diligence each day.

For each exam I do, help me prepare for it and pass with flying colors. I will take each test with the seriousness it deserves and will not copy the answers from other students.

Remind me of all I have studied so I will have the right answers at my fingertips.

Keep me away from distractions to my education so I can finish my studies and move on to the next stage in life.

In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Prayer For Schools

“The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” Psalm 121:8

“All your sons will be taught by the Lord, and great will be your children’s peace.” Isaiah 54:13

Father In Heaven,

We praise you and thank you for our children and for those who instruct them in their schools.

Thank you, Father, for your protection over each child, teacher, staff, and the school.

You are the Almighty Redeemer, Restorer, and Friend, and we know that you have a purpose for each child as they learn and study.

Please, Lord, we pray for wisdom, kindness, and love over each person that instructs and has charge of our children while in school.

Cover the school, students, children, staff, and the school buses with your blanket of protection.

Thank you, Father, for allowing our children the opportunity to learn and make their way through life.

May they glorify you in all that they do for we pray these things in Christ’s most loving name – Amen.
