Thank you, Father, for your mighty power at work in my life. I thank you that you’ve given me life and also given me the resources to preserve this life and overcome every attempt the devil makes to steal this life from me.
Your word reveals the complete arsenal to keep the devil at bay, in the book of Ephesians 6:10-18. Father, I pray by the authority of your Word, that you give me the power to put on the whole armor. I pray for the strength to confound the schemes of the devil against me.
In the name of Jesus, I take up the belt of truth. Father, help me that all my communications be rooted in the truth of your word and nothing false proceeds out of my mouth. I pray that you give me the grace to walk in truth and always be the light that dispels the darkness of lies and deceit.
I pray that you help me know the truth which is your word. The entrance of your word gives light and understanding; therefore, help me gain understanding by the truth of your word, that I may not be deceived by the devil be overcome.
As I wrestle against principalities and powers that are the rulers of darkness and everything evil, give me the light of your word that the darkness cannot comprehend. I put on the belt of truth; the truth of God’s eternal word that does not fall to the ground.
In the name of Jesus, I put on the belt of truth to hold my convictions in place and sponsor my victory.
In the name of Jesus, I firmly put on the breastplate of righteousness. I clothe myself with the righteousness of God that Jesus has worked out for me. I put it on as a protection from the accusations of the devil that can hurt the vital parts of my life and faith.
In the name of the Lord, I stand equipped with the zeal and knowledge to do righteously as commanded by God. I walk in righteousness in every facet of my life. In everything I do, righteousness is my watchword.
I put on the breastplate of righteousness to boldly confront every appearance of unrighteousness, in the name of Jesus.
Lord, I pray that you equip my heart with the readiness to take your gospel of peace everywhere at any time. Your Word says that our feet be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace”
I pray that my obligation to tell the world that their sin can be forgiven and possible peace with you because of the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus, will not be a burden to me.
Unlike Jonah, I pray that you give me the grace to carry this good news wherever you lead me. Help me put on this part of the armor as my defense against the wiles of the devil, in the name of Jesus.
In the name of Jesus, I take up the shield of faith. I pray that the grace for increased faith is released upon me.
Your word says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Father, please increase my capacity for studying your word, and give me an understanding of your word, that I will not be destroyed by the fiery darts of the devil due to my ignorance.
I seek the knowledge and understanding of your word, that my faith may be built up and be effective. In the name of Jesus, I receive the faith of the Son of God.
I pray that the helmet of salvation will never leave my head but remain as a covering over the knowledge of things God has given freely with his salvation. I pray that every blessing that comes with my salvation will be used to the fullest potential for establishing the counsel of God upon the earth, as a child of God.
The word of God is the sword of the Spirit with which I carry out assaults in this fight against principalities and the forces of darkness contending against me.
God, please let your grace that causes me to prosper in every good thing be released immensely upon me, that the love for your word be inspired in me by a zeal that is unquenchable. Help me make out time to study your word earnestly, and bless me with understanding, Lord.
Help me Lord, that I make prayer a lifestyle. Help me build the consciousness of your presence with me always and take advantage of this fellowship with you in the place of prayer, in Jesus’ name.
