Words Of Encouragement For Family Members Of A Dying Person
The thought of losing a loved one is heartbreaking. Facing the reality of a family member about to depart from this earth requires the grace of God. You know you will never see them again and you will greatly miss the person.
God is your strength and source of comfort as you contemplate life without your loved one. Remember, God has promised to always be with you and is not about to forsake you in this moment. Let your comfort in this trying time be the promises of God.
This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me. Psalm 119:50
Take one day at a time to avoid being overwhelmed by grief. Allow God to minister to your heart so that you can release your loved one to go and be with the Lord. Take all your cares, worries and questions to God. He will meet you at your point of need and walk with you every step of the way.
