Refund and Returns Policy

Clothing Returns

IAAWOG would be happy to refund (excluding the cost of shipping) or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations within 30 days from purchase. Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags if applicable.  We will gladly exchange an item or refund the entire purchase price minus the cost of shipping to your credit card for all valid returns.

Accessory Returns
Please return all accessory items along with their original packaging and resalable condition.

Sticker Returns
Although makes every effort to protect our stickers from damage during shipping, occasionally a sticker may become smudged or bent during delivery. In this situation, please email us at  and we will promptly send you a new sticker. There is no need to return the damaged sticker.

Defective Products will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please fill out the RMA for Here explaining the defect.

Please allow us up to 7 business days in order to process your return or refund your credit card after receiving the shipment. In the event that you need your return handling to be expedited, please email us at  and we will make every effort to speed up the processing of your request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
