Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. – 1 Corinthians 15:58

Spiritual Thought
Believers must come to the place of complete trust and faith in God. We must truly be convinced beyond what we see now in this physical realm.
Just as Abraham, the fathers of faith, and Jesus and the apostles with the early church had faith in believing God, so must we also.
Good works are not always immediately rewarded, so we need to be encouraged to continue walking in them until that day of God’s reward.
We must keep our eyes on the things that are above only.
We must continually do good works for in due season we will be rewarded. This is the promise of the One who is faithful; the Alpha and Omega.
Believers must continue to draw strength and stand firm in their work for God, not minding if they look stupid to the world now. We know whom we labor for, and know that our reward is assured in high places.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Help me to be strong in my faith and steadfast in my walk. Help me to be productive so that I can carry out Your will and know that my work is not pointless.
Help me to keep up with the work that You have prepared for me to do and that I may always give you the glory, honor, and praise in all that I do. In Jesus' name, I pray.
