“No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.” – Isaiah 54:17

Spiritual Thoughts
Wow! This can’t be saying what I think it is, can it?
Well, the verse is pretty much literarily straightforward. And even if there were any hidden meanings, they would not veer off the central idea of this piece of scripture. So, that leaves us with a brilliant segment of good news.
For most people on earth, the concept of human invulnerability is only a fantasy or some farfetched proposition. However, one idea our biblical text suggests is that invulnerability against antagonistic weaponry in this mortal frame is a possibility – in fact, a reality.
Various weapons in this present world can undo the fabric of human life, but one weapon we heavily underrate is the spoken word. Really, words are the most powerful things in this created universe. We know by scriptures that God made all we see and don’t by speaking words.
It’s crucial we understand the power words produce to appropriately appreciate this scripture and understand what God has done for us.
The Almighty God said you should condemn every tongue, that is, every spoken idea adverse to you in the will of God on earth, you have the divine right to refute and annul.
This extraordinary privilege is called heritage or inheritance of servants. This means that our service to God earns us this right or righteousness. It’s now up to you to determine to be a servant of the purposes of God so you can activate this entitlement.
Prayer
The Lord Almighty has declared that no weapon forged against me spiritually or physically can be effective. I take my stand in this word to decree my freedom from the enemies that try to afflict me. I am delivered from every force that works against me in Jesus’ name!
