The promise of prayer is rooted in the firm conviction of faith. It always has been. God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
There is no place for unbelief when a child of God seeks the favor of the Almighty.
Too often, we allow our doubting hearts to lead us astray, but the great prayer warriors of God’s kingdom know that God loves to do exceedingly above what we can ask or think.
Jesus tells us that we must believe in the power of God, each moment we bow our heads to whisper a petition.
The Savior declares that the secret to seeing God move is to believe that what we are praying for God is anxiously waiting to give.
When you cry out to God, pray in the power of firm faith. Believe and then wait for God’s gracious gift. It is headed your way!
Prayer
Thank you, God. I know that your answer to my prayers will be perfect for me and given at the right time. Help me when I pray to understand that every moment of the day is yours and that you are able to control everything. I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
