Worry no more.

Here are keys to winning against the giants in your life:

Know That You Have Been Set Free

Jesus paid a high price on the cross so that you can live freely. (Galatians 5:1)

But you will continue to live in defeat if you don’t understand what Jesus did for you on the cross; you need to remain in the word of God.

You should also understand the reason why Jesus had to die for humanity and know more about your new identity so that you can stand firm in your freedom.

Fight Don’t Quit

There are times we feel overwhelmed by the battle.

But no matter how you feel, don’t quit. You need to stand firm and fight against the enemy.

Remember the battle is not for the swift but for those that are bold enough to stand and fight.

While the rest of the Israelites went into hiding, David, a small boy of around seventeen years stood firm in faith and fought Goliath.

Now it is not that he was a better warrior than Goliath he just had faith in God and knew that God would help him to win the battle. (1Samuel 17:45)

Stop Looking For Approval

Sometimes we keep losing to the enemy because we are looking for approval from other people.

But David did not ask for permission from his elder brother who was clearly against him being at the camp.

Turn away from what others are saying about you and like David face the enemy and fight him. (1 Samuel 17:28-29)

You may be struggling with a particular sin, and maybe people know about your struggle, they keep making fun and judging you.

Don’t despair, keep believing that God has set you free, and even though it may take the time you will experience total freedom as time goes by.

Use The Weapons God Has Given You

The spiritual weapons that God has given us are not the same as other kinds of weapons that the world uses to fight their enemies.

To win spiritual battles that we are facing, we need to stick to the weapons that God has given us.

Yes, they seem too simple but remember God’s strategies are different from our own, and as much as they seem simple, they are always effective.

They may not make sense to us, but we need to trust God and know that he knows what is best for us.

Jesus defeated the devil and his cohorts at the cross.

Stand firm in the freedom that you have been given by believing in the power of the cross and in what the Bible says about you. (Colossians 2:15)
